Q: How long does a ring sizing take?
A: On our merchandise we try and do any size adjustment immediately.
Q: Will you size a ring not bought from you?
A: Yes.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Generally a 7-10 days, but sometimes sooner depending on the situation and the piece of jewelry involved.
Q: Can I buy Diamonds thorugh your shop?
A: Yes, you can, and we have a deal from GN Diamond for you.
Q: Is all of the jewelry making and work done on premises?
A: No, unless you want it that way. We have laser work done by our awesome associate, we have our pearls strung by our bead stringer who loves what she does as well, and most of the time we send designer pieces to the maker to be resized or repaired. Our hand engraver is very talented and that is all she does, our watch repairs are done by the same person for 24 years, and now his son is a watchmaker. What George and I make is all done here, so yes there are always very capable jewelers to do anything to do with jewelry and an assortment of other talents as well.
